Kill that alarm at 7 in the morning and continue to sleep.
Sleep and sleep and sleep till you get bored of sleeping. Awake just to find the
phone and check timeline. From that point, check timeline and check timeline
and check timeline for every now and then, till finally become tired and crash
for the day. Still check timeline for one last time or two before actually
sleep. This is how FB kept me addicted. Not anymore. It’s been a week since I
deactivated my FB profile.
My wife got shocked few days ago when I told her I was away
from FB since couple of days. However, it was just a minor shock. Just
to improve my “productivity” at office, I said when she asked for a reason. Looks like she believed it, but thats not the reason. I need to set few things organized. There were few things which I am postponing for a while now. I need to dust them off.
So what I feel without FB - Still, I am breathing, eating, and
sleeping fine.
Did I ever felt handicapped without FB – To be honest, sometimes
I really miss FB. Check out friends’ status updates makes us feel being
together. I used to login to some websites using FB account. I miss them. I am
not very frequent poster in FB. So, I never missed it for sharing.
Do I have something to confess – I logged in to FB couple of
times, once for logging in to another site and time is to check my son’s playschool
photos.
What's so funny about it - When I am about to deactivate, FB shown some random friends and said that they will miss me. Sorry for those five souls. They should be missing me badly. ;)
When I will be back – Very soon! Once I get few things
organized.
